Most Indian SMB teams run on WhatsApp groups, scattered spreadsheets, and verbal updates. Work falls through the cracks. Deadlines are missed. Nobody really knows what's done and what isn't. TasqMan was built to fix that.
Our story
We kept seeing the same pattern across Indian SMBs — agencies, IT shops, manufacturing floors, HR departments. Work was being coordinated on WhatsApp. Tasks were tracked in a shared Google Sheet that only one person actually updated. Deadlines lived in someone's head or in a WhatsApp message buried under 200 other messages.
The available tools were either too expensive (priced in USD, overkill for a 10-person team), too complex (requires a dedicated admin and two weeks of onboarding), or built entirely for Western workflows that don't map to how Indian teams actually operate.
TasqMan was built with one goal: give every Indian team one structured place to assign work, track progress, and close tasks — without the complexity, without the USD bills, and without the feature overload that turns a task manager into a second job.
Simple. Fast. Built for how Indian teams actually work.
What we believe
Every feature we add must earn its place. If a team member needs a manual to use it, we haven't done our job. TasqMan should feel obvious from minute one.
INR pricing. GST invoices. Support in Indian timezones. An understanding that your team communicates differently than a Silicon Valley startup. We build for reality, not abstraction.
Work should be assigned, tracked, and closed — not lost in a thread or forgotten after a call. TasqMan creates just enough structure to keep people honest, without turning managers into data-entry clerks.
