Please read these Terms carefully before using TasqMan. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using TasqMan ("Service", "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including individuals and organisations accessing TasqMan on behalf of a company.
TasqMan is a web and mobile task management platform designed for teams. The Service is accessible via dashboard.tasqman.com and future mobile applications. TasqMan enables teams to assign tasks, track progress, manage projects, and collaborate in one structured workspace.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect any unauthorised use of your account, notify us immediately at support@tasqman.com. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that provide inaccurate information.
TasqMan offers subscription plans priced in Indian Rupees (INR). All plans include a 7-day free trial — no credit card required to start. After the trial, a subscription must be activated to continue using the Service. Billing is monthly or annual, and subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Prices are inclusive of applicable GST. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior written notice.
Free trials are at no cost and require no payment. Once a paid billing period has been charged and used, it is non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at support@tasqman.com within 7 days of the charge and we will review it in good faith. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused time within a billing period.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable law; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform; (c) circumvent or disable any security features; (d) scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access or extract data from the Service; (e) abuse or overload the API or infrastructure; (f) use the Service to store or transmit malicious code or content that violates third-party rights.
You retain full ownership of the data you create or upload to TasqMan — tasks, projects, files, and team content remain yours. By using the Service, you grant TasqMan a limited licence to process and store your data solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not sell your data. We aim to provide a highly available service but do not guarantee any specific Service Level Agreement (SLA) or uptime percentage. Scheduled maintenance may result in temporary downtime; we will endeavour to notify users in advance. TasqMan shall not be liable for losses arising from service unavailability, interruptions, or delays.
We may update, change, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. Price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or cause harm to the platform or other users. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings; your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted. You may export your data before cancellation.
The TasqMan name, logo, platform design, and all associated software are the intellectual property of TasqMan and its licensors. You may not use our name, logo, or branding without prior written consent. User-generated content (tasks, notes, files you upload) remains your intellectual property.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TASQMAN'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. TASQMAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TasqMan, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use or misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. You consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
